Welcome to Future Homes LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By
accessing or using our website (futurehomes.com), our services, or by
communicating with us by phone, text, email, or other channels, you (“Client,”
“User,” or “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Company Information

Future Homes LLC operates as a real estate team under Real Broker, LLC
(“Real Brokerage”). Future Homes provides real estate consulting,
marketing, and transaction services to clients seeking to buy or sell real
property in Arizona and conducts wholesale real estate activities within
Arizona. Future expansion to additional states may occur, and these Terms will
apply nationwide.

2. Use of Website & Services

  • The content provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice.
  • You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
  • We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we do not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content on our website or provided during consultations.

3. Real Estate & Wholesale Services

  • All real estate brokerage services are provided through licensed real estate professionals affiliated with Real Brokerage.
  • Future Homes team members assist clients with buying, selling, and investing in residential real estate in Arizona and other states as permitted by law.
  • For wholesale real estate transactions, Future Homes acts as a principal buyer or seller of properties in Arizona. We do not act as a brokerage in wholesale transactions.
  • Clients are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence, including obtaining independent legal, financial, and inspection advice, before entering into any real estate or wholesale transaction.

4. Communication Consent (Calls, Texts & Emails)

  • By submitting your contact information through our website, advertisements (including PPC and Meta/Facebook/Instagram lead forms), or directly to our team, you consent to receive calls, text messages (including SMS and MMS), voicemails, and emails from Future Homes LLC, its team members, and authorized service providers.
  • These communications may include information about properties, transaction updates, appointment scheduling, and marketing.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier.
  • You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to a message. You may opt out of emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link provided in our communications.

5. Affiliated Business Arrangements (ABAs)

Future Homes LLC has business relationships with third-party service providers, including but not limited to Magnus Title Agency and Clear Mortgage. When you choose to use these affiliated providers for settlement, title, or mortgage services, Future Homes may receive a financial or other benefit.

  • You are not required to use these affiliated service providers as a condition of engaging Future Homes for real estate services.
  • You are free to select other providers for these services.

6. Compensation

  • Future Homes LLC and its affiliated licensed real estate agents earn income solely through real estate commissions paid upon the successful closing of a transaction.
  • Clients are not charged separate fees by Future Homes LLC outside of those outlined in the real estate brokerage agreement.
  • All commissions and fees are disclosed in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations.

7. No Guarantee of Results

While Future Homes strives to provide excellent service, we do not guarantee the sale, purchase, financing, or profitability of any real estate or wholesale transaction. Real estate markets are subject to fluctuation and outside factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Future Homes LLC, Real Brokerage, and our affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of our website, services, or participation in real estate transactions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent services are provided in other states, applicable state and federal laws will also apply.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on this website with the “Effective Date” revised accordingly. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
